Nodeworthy was born out of frustration with how recruiting was being handled in Web3.
With firsthand experience leading HR for one of the largest DeFi projects, we saw the same pattern everywhere — high-volume, low-quality CV spam from recruiters who didn’t understand the space. So we decided to build the solution we wished existed. Nodeworthy exists to be a genuine connection point for both talent and teams, not as outsiders, but as people deeply embedded in the Web3 ecosystem. We understand the culture, we know the challenges, and we’ve witnessed hiring gaps from the inside. We don’t just fill roles. We help Web3 companies build the right teams.

Howard is a seasoned talent leader with over a decade of mid-to-senior level recruitment experience across tech, e-commerce, AI, and web3. As a long-time consultant to founders in the AppWorks ecosystem, he has supported companies like honestbee, Appier, Shopline, GoFreight, and Circle in building high-performing teams across global markets. Known for his people-first approach and expansive network across Southeast Asia, the US, and Europe, Howard brings strategic hiring insight and deep industry understanding to Nodeworthy.
Dominic Rohde, Recruiter/Advisor
Dominic is a global talent specialist with extensive experience scaling teams for crypto, AI, and frontier-tech companies. Based in Dubai, he leads Talent at Hero.io and oversees HR for Coinvesting Holdings, where he has hired 40+ key roles across engineering, product, leadership, and data. With a background spanning talent leadership roles at Minterest, DAO Maker, Antler, UpCloud, and more, Dominic also advises and invests in emerging web3 and tech startups. He brings a sharp eye for high-impact talent and a strategic, founder-focused recruitment mindset to Nodeworthy.
